TAYLOR MILLBAUER
COMPANY DIRECTOR / FOUNDER
Taylor Millbauer began her journey into the world of dance at the age of seven transitioning her training to New England Ballet School at the age of nine.  As a principal dancer with New England Ballet Company she has danced many roles including Juliet in Romeo & Juliet, Princess in Firebird, Red Riding Hood in The Adventures of Little Red Riding Hood. In New England Ballet Company’s annual production of The Nutcracker she has danced roles as Clara, Arabian Princess, Dew Drop Fairy & Sugar Plum Fairy.She has danced with many summer programs like, Burklyn Ballet Theater, where she danced in the Edinburg Festival in Scotland, Atlanta Ballet, Saratoga Ballet, Ballet Florida, Virginia Ballet, where she dance in Italy,and Walnut Hill School of the Arts .
 
Taylor has an extensive career working with children including her own two daughters both following in her steps becoming dancers with the Academy of New England Ballet Company. She has served as an Asset Ambassador in the town of Stratford from 2016 to present day helping develop 40 Assets every child needs to become a successful adult in todays world.  
 
Mrs. Millbauer is also is a licensed Medical Assistant.  Her passion for dance, her personality & her incredible energy for life inspires our staff, company dancers & dance students on a daily basis.  Taylor returned to the role of Sugar Plum Fairy for the 27th Annual New England Ballet Company production of the Nutcracker in,2018.  In her recent appointment as Executive Director she is excited to move NEBC and the Academy into its fourth decade of providing excellent ballet training and professional level ballet productions to our area communities.
ALEJANDRO ULLOA
A NATIVE OF NICARAGUA, INTERNATIONAL AND FREELANCE ARTIST, ALEJANDRO ULLOA BEGAN HIS DANCE TRAINING AT THE ESCUELA NACIONAL de BALLET de NICARAGUA UNDER THE DIRECTION OF MAESTRO WILLIAM HERRERA, AND LAUNCHED HIS PROFESSIONAL DANCE CAREER WITH THE COMPAÑIA BALLET de NICARAGUA WHERE HE QUICKLY BECAME A PRINCIPAL DANCER.
 
HE WAS LATER INVITED TO BE PART OF THE CONTEMPORAY COMPANY DANZA CONTEMPORÁNEA UNIVERSITARIA UNAN-MANAGUA. IN 2015, ALEJANDRO LAUNCHED THE FIRST-EVER BALLET AND NEOCLASSICAL ENSEMBLE AT THE NICARAGUAN UNIVERSITY, WHERE HE BECAME THE CULTURAL PROMOTER FOR THE UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL AUTÓNOMA DE NICARAGUA, AS WELL AS THE DIRECTOR FOR "TALLER DE LÍNEAS CLÁSICAS." LATER THAT YEAR, HE ALSO BECAME CO-PRODUCER, TEACHER, AND CHOREOGRAPHER FOR COMPAÑIA BALLET DE NICARAGUA, AS WELL AS A BALLET AND CONTEMPORARY TEACHER AT THE ESCUELA NACIONAL DE BALLET DE NICARAGUA.
ALEJANDRO'S VAST REPERTOIRE HAS RANGED FROM CLASSICAL TO CONTEMPORARY WORKS, AS HE HAS WORKED WITH A PLETHORA OF DIRECTORS AND CHOREOGRAPHERS. HE HAS DANCES FOR GAINESVILLE BALLET, DANSE ETOILE IN Costa Rica, CONNECTICUT BALLET, ISLAND MOVING COMPANY, NEGLIA BALLET, AJKUN BALLET THEATER, AND CONNECTICUT BALLET CENTER,  NEW HAVEN BALLET, AMONG OTHERS. HE HAS ALSO PARTICIPATED IN MANY FESTIVALS, SUCH AS; JACOB'S PILLOW FESTIVAL IN LENOX, MASSACHUSETTS, APAP FESTIVAL IN New York CITY, BITEF THEATER AND TERAZIJE THEATER IN SERBIA, THE INTERNATIONAL BALLET GALA IN NICARAGUA, THE 50TH ANNIVERSARY OF UNIVERSIDAD DE CAMPECHE-MEXICO, FUNDACION BALLET DE El Salvador, AND GREAT FRIENDS DANCE FESTIVAL IN NEWPORT, Rhode Island AMONG OTHERS. IN ADDITION, ALEJANDRO WAS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE ART AND SCIENCE UNITE AS PSYCHOLOGICAL TREATMENT IN ADULTS AND YOUTH WORKSHOP, DEVELOPED BY YALE HISPANIC MENTAL CLINIC, AND IN 2016 HE WAS AWARDED THE "ARTIST OF INTERNATIONAL PROJECTION OF THE YEAR" BY THE NICARAGUAN ARTIST ASSOCIATION.
ALEJANDRO IS CURRENTLY A MEMBER OF THOMAS ORTIZ DANCE COMPANY, BALLETS WITH A TWIST AND KATHRYN POSIN DANCE. HE IS ALSO A DANCE INSTRUCTOR FOR NEW HAVEN BALLET, NEW ENGLAND ACADEMY OF DANCE AND GOOMAN PERFORMING ARTS CENTER.
ALEJANDRO IS THE CO-FOUNDER AND ARTISTIC DIRECTOR OF EAST COAST CONTEMPORARY BALLET.
DARREN McINTYRE
ORIGINALLY FROM PORT MACQUARIE, NSW AUSTRALIA, DREEN McINTYRE IS A GRADUATE OF THE AUSTRALIAN BALLET SCHOOL, RECEIVING HIS ADVANCED DIPLOMA OF DANCE. 
PRESENTLY, MR. McINTYRE IS BASED OUT OF NEW YORK CITY AND TRAVELS WORLDWIDE AS A FREELANCE PERFORMER, choreographer, ballet master, dance teacher, adjudicator and répétiteur.
darren was recently featured as an original cast member in the world premier and the first Australian tour of the new australian hit production "banjo" (in the role of banjo paterson), presented by got ya back productions, writTen and produced by Tim maddren and directed by Nicholas Christo.
MR. McINTYRE HAS TOURED EXTENSIVELY THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES, AUSTRALIA, ASIA, CANADA, EUROPE + South America, PERFORMING A WIDE-RANGE OF BOTH CLASSICAL AND CONTEMPORARY WORKS AS A FREELANCE ARTIST AND WITH SUCH COMPANIES AS LOUISVILLE BALLET (KY-USA), CITY BALLET OF SAN DIEGO (CA-USA), MILWAUKEE BALLET (WI-USA), AJKUN BALLET THEATRE (NYC-USA), THE LANDESTHEATER DETMOLD IN GERMANY, THE NATIONAL BALLET OF IRELAND + THE AUSTRALIAN BALLET.

DARREN HAS DNCED AS A SPECIAL GUEST PERFORMER AT SEVERAL INTERNATIONAL DANCE FESTIVALS IN ITALY, GREECE, AUSTRALIA, JAPAN, MEXICO AND WAS INVITED TO REPRESENT THE USA AT THE 4TH INTERNATIONAL BALLET FESTIVAL OF SOUTH AMERICA IN COLOMBIA. HE HAS ALSO TRAVELED TO CANADA TO PERFORM AS SPECIAL GUEST ARTIST IN THE PRINCIPAL ROLE OF KARL IN JOHN CARNEY'S ORIGINAL PRODUCTION OF "THE NUTCRACKER", WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY CREATED ON DARREN IN 2005.
DARREN WAS THE RECIPIENT OF SEVERAL DANCE SCHOLARSHIPS INCLUDING THE DAME PEGGY VAN PRAAGH AWARD FOR CHOREOGRAPHY, THE SIR ROBERT HELPMANN BURSARY, THE YOUNG AUSTRALIAN OF THE YEAR ARTS AWARD AND HAS BEEN RECOGNIZED BY THE AMERICAN GUILD OF MUSICAL ARTISTS (AGMA) AS AN ARTIST OF EXTRAORDINARY ABILITY. HE WAS A BRONZE MEDALIST AT THE SOCIETY OF DANCE AWARDS AUSTRALIA AND WAS SELECTED TO REPRESENT AUSTRALIA AT THE PRIX DE LAUSANNE IN SWITZERLAND.
IN MAY 2011, HE TOOK UP THE POSITION OF ARTISTIC DIRECTOR AND CASTING AGENT AT DMANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL DANCE AGENCY, A PRESENTING AGENCY ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE SOME OF THE WORLD'S FINEST ARTISTS TO PERFORMING ARTS INDUSTRY WORLDWIDE. MR. McINTYRE WAS THEN APPOINTED ARTISTIC DIRECTOR, BALLET MASTER + RESIDENT CHOREOGRAPHER OF MONTGOMERY BALLET (AL-USA) IN JANUARY 2012, AND BROUGHT TO THE COMPANY SEVERAL INNOVATIVE CREATIONS AS WELL AS MAINTAINING THE TRADITIONAL CLASSICAL REPERTORY BALLETS THROUGHOUT HIS THREE SEASON TENURE. IN 2015, HE SERVED AS INTERIM ARTISTIC DIRECTOR, BALLET MASTER + RESIDENT CHOREOGRAPHER OF LAKE ERIE BALLET (PA-USA.) IN 2017, DARREN SERVED AS ARTISTIC ASSOCIATE, BALLET MASTER + GUEST ARTIST/ CHOREOGRAPHER WITH THE FORST WAYNE BALLET (IN-USA.)
AS A CHOREOGRAPHER, MR. McINTYRE, HAS CREATED SEVERAL ORIGINAL WORKS INCLUDING; "SPARTAN", "FORLORN", "ODYSSEY", "AUSTRALIA", "LIGHTS WILL GUIDE YOU HOME", "FLEET WEEK", "LUMINOUS DARKNESS", "BLACK RIVER", "JUST MAKE IT GO AWAY", "LIBERTY BELL", + "ARBEIT MACHT FREI." HE HAS ALSO CREATED ORIGINAL FULL-LENGTH BALLET PRODUCTIONS OF "THE WIZARD OF OZ" + "THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA." DARREN CHOREOGRAPHED AND PREMIERED HIS OWN ORIGINAL BALLET, "WHAT MAT COME", AD THE AUSTRALIAN BALLET CENTRE IN 1999, AND IN COLLABORATION WITH THE ANTI-CANCER COUNCIL OF AUSTRALIA RAISED VALUABLE FUNDS TOWARDS CANCER RESEARCH AND AWARENESS. AS A RÉPÉTITEUR, HE HAS RE-STAGED HIS OWN VERSIONS OF "SWAN LAKE", "LE CORSAIRE", "GISELLE", "THE NUTCRACKER", "SLEEPING BEAUTY", "DON QUIXOTE" AND SEVERAL INTERNATIONAL GALA PIECES.
MR. McINTYRE RECEIVED HIS ADVANCE DIPLOMA OF DANCE (VAGANOVA) IN 1999 AND HAS COMPLETED UP TO HIS INTERMEDIATE RAD EXAMINATIONS (THE ROYAL ACADEMY OF DANCING.) HE RECEIVED HIS AMERICAN BALLET THEATRE TEACHING CURRICULUM CERTIFICATION (PRE-PRIMARY THROUGH LEVEL 3) IN 2018. HIS ABILITY TO NURTURE AND INSPIRE YOUNG DANCERS HAS BROUGHT HIM TO THE BEST ACADEMIES, COMPANIES, AND SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS IN THE WORLD. HIS STUDENTS HAS PLACE IN THE TOP 12 AT THE MOST PRESTIGIOUS BALLET COMPETITIONS, INCLUDING THE YOUNG AMERICA GRAND PRIX NEW YORK CITY FINALS + PRIX DE LAUSANNE. MR. McINTYRE HAS BEEN GUEST ADJUDICATOR AT THE CITY OF SYDNEY (2008), TAREE (2012) AND KEMPSEY (2014) EISTEDDFODS, AS WELL AS AT MANY INTERNATIONAL DANCE COMPETITIONS, AUDITIONS + SCHOLARSHIPS.
MR. McINTYPE HAS BEEN A COLUMNIST WITH DANCEtrain MAGAZINE + IS THE FOUNDER AND ARTISTIC DIRECTOR OF THE MARIANNE McINTYRE MEMORIAL INTERNATIONAL BALLET SCHOLARSHIP, A BALLET FESTIVAL HELD ANNUALLY IN MEMORY OF HIS MOTHER, FOSTERING YOUNG DANCERS EDUCATION THROUGH GRANTS TO STUDY WITHIN THE USA, EUROPE, AUSTRALIA + NEW ZEALAND. HE WAS FEATURED THE "CREATIVE DIASPORA EXHIBITION" IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE AUSTRALIAN CONSULATE IN NEW YORK CITY, USA, IN THE FILM "UNSEEN YET FELT", AND IN THE BOOK "LOVE IT AND LEAVE IT AUSTRALIA'S CREATIVE DIASPORA" ALL BY NATHALIE LATHAM. HE WAS SPECIAL GUEST ARTIST IN THE AUSTRALIAN FOCUS MAGAZINE + IN SEVERAL EDITIONS OF DANCEtrain MAGAZINE AND WAS FEATURED IN "THE LIST" IN RVP MAGAZINE IN MAY 2012.
